Abstract
¸ñÀû: ÀÌ°¥ÀÌ¿Í Æí½ÉÀ§ À¯µµ¾ç»ó ¹× ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕ°£¼·°úÀÇ ¿¬°ü¼º¿¡ ´ëÇØ ºÐ¼®ÇØ º¸°íÀÚ ÇÑ´Ù.
¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: ÀÌ°¥ÀÌ¿Í ºñÀÌ°¥À̱º ¹× ¼ºº°¿¡ µû¸¥ ±º±â´É ±³ÇÕ ¹× ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕ°£¼·ÀÇ Â÷À̸¦ ºñ±³ÇÏ°í Æí½ÉÀ§ À¯µµ ¾ç»ó ¹× ÀÌ°¥ÀÌ¿Í ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕ°£¼·°£ÀÇ »ó°ü¼ºÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸±â À§ÇØ Á¦3´ë±¸Ä¡¸¦ Á¦¿ÜÇÑ »ó½ÇÄ¡°¡ ¾ø´Â 26 - 37¼¼ »çÀÌÀÇ 100¸íÀÇ À¯Ä¡¾Ç ¼ºÀÎ(ÀÌ°¥À̱º 39¸í, ºñÀÌ°¥À̱º 61¸í)À» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ½ÇÇèÀ» ÇÏ¿´´Ù. µðÁöÅÐ ±³Çպм®ÀåÄ¡ T-Scan system À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÃÖ´ë±³µÎ°¨ÇÕÀ§, Á¡¤¿ìÃø¹æ Æí½ÉÀ§ ¿îµ¿À» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿© ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕÁ¢ÃËÀÇ À¯¹«¸¦ ÆǺ°ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç °¢ ´ë»óÀÇ Æí½ÉÀ§ ±³ÇÕÀ¯µµ ¾ç»ó¿¡ ´ëÇؼµµ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. µðÁöÅÐ ±³Çպм® ÀåÄ¡ °Ë»ç ÈÄ ±³ÇÕÁö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Á¢Ã˵Ǵ ġ¾Æ¸¦ ÀçÈ®ÀÎ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
°á°ú: ±º±â´É ±³ÇÕÀÌ ÀÌ°¥À̱º¿¡¼ 61.5%, ºñÀÌ°¥À̱º¿¡¼ 47.5%·Î °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ³²ÀÚ´Â ±º±â´É ±³ÇÕÀÌ 58.9%, ¿©ÀÚ´Â 37.0%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕÁ¢ÃËÀº Àüü 100¸í Áß 48¸í¿¡¼ ³ªÅ¸³µ°í ÀÌ°¥À̱º¿¡¼´Â 51.2%, ºñÀÌ°¥À̱º¿¡¼´Â 46%¿´´Ù. Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î ÀÌ°¥ÀÌ¿Í ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕÁ¢ÃË°£ÀÇ À¯ÀǼºÀº ³ªÅ¸³ªÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. ¼ºº°¿¡ µû¸¥ ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕÁ¢ÃËÀÇÂ÷À̵µ ¾ø¾ú´Ù.
°á·Ð: ÀÌ°¥ÀÌ¿Í ±ÕÇüÃø ±³ÇÕ Á¢ÃË°£¿¡´Â »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù. ÀÌ°¥À̱º¿¡¼ ±º±â´É ±³ÇÕÀÌ °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze correlation between bruxism and occlusal contacts on balancing side.
Materials and Methods: The purpose of this study is to compare the difference of group function and balancing side occlusal contacts according to bruxism and sex, A total of 100 adults that aged 26-37 years (39 bruxers and 61 non-bruxers) were examined. The lateral excursion and balanced occlusal contacts were analyzed to determine the correlation with bruxism. The occlusal contacts were recorded by T-Scan system and articulating paper.
Results: The group function was the highest in 61.5% of bruxers and 47.5% of non-bruxers. In comparison between males and females, group function was 58.9% in males and 37.0% in females. Occlusal contacts on non-working side occurred in 48 out of 100 patients. There were 51.2% of the cases in the bruxers and 46.0% in the non-bruxers. Statistically, there was no correlation between the bruxism and occlusal contacts on non-working side. There was no correlation between sex and balancing occlusal contacts.
Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between bruxism and occlusal contacts on non-working side. The group function was the highest in bruxers when lateral excursion was occurred.
